Israel has no legal right but the every time un votes for Israel to withdraw from these territories USA use their veto the only country to do so. Israel has built over 100 thousand illegal settlements in occupied west bank over land which belong to someone else as they believe god has gave them this rights.. I am personally of the opinion the whole state of Israel is illegal because it was gifted to European Zionist Jewish who control the banking system and pretty much economy of many important countries after the second.
